Wörth. Trotz des schlechten Wetters am Wochenende fanden zahlreiche Besucher den Weg zum Nachwuchs-Musik-Werbe-Fest auf der Wörther Schlosswiese. Die Partyzelte schützen diesmal nicht vor der Sonne sondern vor dem Regen.
Die Veranstaltung begann am Samstag Abend mit dem Musikverein Großwallstadt, gefolgt von der Wörther Blasmusik. Zum Abschluss heizten die T-Killas um Bandleader Christoph Schnall den Besuchern ein. Die Musiker aus Hausen eröffneten mit Ihrem Frühschoppenkonzert den zweiten Festtag. Höhepunkt des Tages war ein eigens für dieses Fest zusammengefundene Projektorchester, bestehend aus dem Sulzbacher Schülerorchester und der Jugendkapelle aus Wörth.
Insgesamt 45 Musiker und Musikerinnen musizierten gemeinsam unter der Leitung von Andreas Fath. Das Repertoire reichte von Queen über »Ode an die Freude« aus Beethovens 9. Sinfonie bis zu Filmmusiken aus »Mary Poppins«, »Familie Feuerstein« und »Fluch der Karibik«. Belohnung waren Beifallsstürme mit der Forderung nach einer Zugabe, die die jungen Musiker mit »We will rock you« erfüllten.
Abschied nach zehn Jahren
Vor der Jugendkapelle war der Nachwuchs aus der musikalischen Früherziehung zu hören. Die Leitung hatte Hans-Werner Marx alias »Janusch« aus Aschaffenburg, der nach zehnjähriger Tätigkeit im Wörther Musikverein verabschiedet wurde.

Vorsitzender Hans Schnall und Schriftführer Jörg Prockner bedankten sich bei Hans-Werner Marx für die gute Zusammenarbeit. Die Nachwuchsarbeit übernimmt nun Dirigent Andreas Fath, der bereits für die musikalische Grundausbildung der Schulanfänger verantwortlich ist.
Die Kolpingkapelle aus Alzenau trotzten dem Regenwetter noch mit toller Musik. Der Musikverein aus Trennfurt allerdings musste wegen heftiger Windböen und starker Regenfälle seinen Auftritt vorzeitig abbrechen.
