Gänsehaut-Gefühle bei Konzert des Rotary-Clubs – Musikverein Edelweiß
Erlenbach 550 Zuschauer hat dieser Tage das vom Rotary-Club Obernburg ausgerichtete Benefizkonzert »Symphonie in Blech« in die Frankenhalle Erlenbach gelockt. Rotary-Präsident Ulf Kaiser begrüßte das Publikum und das Symphonische Blasorchester aus Sulzbach (unser Bild) zu einem mitreißenden musikalischen Abend der Extraklasse.
Unter der Leitung von Winfried Rehse entführte das Blasorchester die Zuschauer auf eine internationale Reise – unter anderem auf die einsame Insel von Robinson Crusoe, zu den Piraten in die Karibik und in den Wilden Westen. Der Sologesang von Jana Reis rief bei den begeisterten Zuschauern Gänsehaut-Gefühle hervor. Der Erlös des Abends fließt teils an den Sozialkreis Sulzbach, und es wird das Projekt »Gesunde Kids« unterstützt. Hierzu werden Wasserspender an den Schulen aufgestellt. Weitere karitative Institutionen sollen noch bedacht werden. Ziel der Obernburger Rotarier ist es unter anderem, bei der Ausrottung der Kinderlähmung und der Beschaffung von Shelterboxen für Überlebende von Katastrophen sowie bei der Suchtprävention in Schulklassen zu helfen. Der Rotary-Club stellte auch für das nächste Jahr wieder ein musikalisches Ereignis in Aussicht. Durch den Abend führte charmant und souverän Manuela Bleifuß.
